New-patient care is direct-pay. Fees are visible before care begins, and clinical decisions are not shaped around an insurance company’s visit structure.
We are not accepting new insurance patients. Existing patients with established insurance arrangements continue separately. Payment details are reviewed before the first paid appointment.

Telehealth across Connecticut
We are a telehealth practice. For patients taking or starting a controlled medication, our practice policy includes an in-person visit arranged individually with the team. These visits are not available through online booking; we explain the arrangements before care begins.
03
Direct payment
For new-patient direct-pay care, payment is collected by the practice. Cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Existing patients with insurance arrangements should contact the team about their current billing.
Current cancellation and rescheduling terms are reviewed before the first paid appointment so there are no surprises.

Help with out-of-network reimbursement
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to submit, or help file the claim with your insurer. You pay the practice directly. After the claim is submitted, you handle follow-up with your insurance company. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or not using insurance for your care, you have the right to a written estimate of expected charges when you schedule care or ask for one. Learn about estimates and how to request one.
