Care can include evaluation of co-occurring psychiatric symptoms and medication-assisted treatment, such as buprenorphine/naloxone, when clinically appropriate.

Focused medication–psychiatric evaluations
A focused psychiatric evaluation when a clinical question needs dedicated clarification.
For a new concern, a complex medication regimen, an unclear diagnosis, or treatment that has stalled, we offer timely, focused medication–psychiatric evaluations when capacity and clinical fit allow. The purpose is to understand the question, examine the relevant history and options, and identify a responsible next step.
- Diagnostic clarification for a new or changing concern
- Medication, interaction, and risk–benefit review
- Second-look consultation for a complex or unsatisfying plan
- Written recommendations or coordination when appropriate
An evaluation is required; no diagnosis, prescription, or medication is guaranteed. This service is not emergency care.

Medication management
Medication can be useful. It should never feel mysterious, automatic, or disconnected from the rest of your life.
We review what has helped, what has not, side effects, interactions, medical context, and your own preferences. You receive a clear explanation of the reasoning behind each option and follow-up that can adapt to new information.
- New diagnostic and medication evaluations
- Second-look reviews for complex or unsatisfying regimens
- Ongoing follow-up and coordination when appropriate
