One practice · connected expertise

Different perspectives.
One connected plan.

Care feels different when the people supporting you can work together.

We bring psychiatric expertise, integrative clinical care, and expert mental-health nursing support together around the patient. The goal is a comprehensive approach to evaluation, diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and the practical work that keeps care moving.

Choice & perspective

Your treating provider.
A wider team beside you.

Patients may request Hamilton Gaiani, MD or Eric O'Connor, DNP, APRN as their primary treating provider, depending on clinical fit and availability. Their training and experience are different, and each brings a valuable perspective to psychiatric care.

Depending on your needs, we may recommend a consultation with the other provider. A second perspective can help explore a changing concern, a complex medication question, or the relationship between psychiatric and medical health. Recommendations are discussed with you and remain individualized.

Support between appointments

Keeping your care connected.

Lisa Curtiss, RN helps important updates reach the clinician who knows your care.

She gathers your questions, follows up on next steps, and keeps communication moving when your plan involves a pharmacy, referral, or another clinician. Your treating provider receives the information needed to guide the plan, and Lisa helps you understand what comes next.

Your wider healthcare team

Connection with permission.

Care may involve your therapist, primary-care clinician, specialists, or other professionals already supporting you. When clinically useful and appropriately authorized, we collaborate so recommendations take account of the broader medical picture.

That can include sharing relevant observations, clarifying a medication question, discussing recommendations, or arranging a referral. We explain the purpose of coordination and respect the permissions and boundaries that apply to your care.

You remain part of the conversation. A connected plan should help you understand who is doing what and how to ask for the next step.
